​A lot of areas of the house might not have been cleaned in years and once furniture is moved it's a perfect time for a fresh start.

What's included in our Green House Cleaning:

  • 61-Point Checklist- receive a true top-to-bottom cleaning thanks to our attention to detail and our unique 61-Point-Checklist.
  • No task rotation - complete house cleaning every time! We will not skip dusting baseboards, or mopping the floors. You won't be guessing what will be done each visit.
  • All equipment & green supplies - we'll bring a HEPA vacuum, fresh set of mops and towels, as well all necessary green cleaning solutions. We only ask that you have a toilet brush and trash bags. 
  • Small & efficient 2-3 person teams - we do not send a small army to trip over your dog. For most jobs, a 2-3 person team is most detailed and efficient. 
  • ​Great discounts on recurring cleanings -  lower, flat-rate pricing at: 20% off weekly, 15% off biweekly (every two weeks), and 5% off monthly (every four weeks) visits.

Dust woodwork, ceiling fans, lights, knick-knacks, and furniture.

KITCHENS:
Wipe down counter tops and knick-knacks.
Clean major appliances outside and microwave inside.
Scrub faucets and sinks.

BATHROOMS:
Clean and sanitize tubs/showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors. 
YOUR CLEANING, YOUR WAY: We will gladly add upgrades such as washing dishes, changing bed linens, vacuuming couches etc. to your cleaning for a small fee. You can also exclude rooms from the cleaning to reduce your price.
