Entire House:
- Straighten up and pick-up 
- Fluff pillows and fold blankets
- Vacuum couches including under cushions upon request (extra charge)
- Make all beds 
- Change bed linens upon request (extra charge)
- Empty, reline trash cans (if liner provided), recycling bins, and shredders.

High Dusting:
- High dust ceiling corners for cobwebs
- Dust ceiling fans, light fixtures and skylights
- Dust light fixtures and lampshades 
- Dust window blinds and shutters 
- Dust window frames 
- Lightly dust drapery and rods

Short Dusting:
- Wipe light switch plates 
- Wipe window sills, panel and frame
- Dust doors, knobs and frames to remove smudges
- Dust knick-knacks & picture frames 
- Dust electronics and remove smudges
- Wipe all horizontal furniture & shelving surfaces 
- Spot clean mirror, glass and sliding door

Low Dusting:
- Low dust for cobwebs
- Dust legs of furniture
- Dust exposed baseboards 
- Dust floor moldings 
- Spot wipe woodwork as needed

Kitchen + Dining Room

The heart of your home deserves a lot of special attention. Life Maid Simple will make sure the counters are spotless, appliances shine brightly, and sink is ready for anything life throws at it. 
Entire Kitchen:
- Clean counter-tops including under knick knacks
- Wipe down all counter-knick knacks
- Spot clean back-splash & tile walls 
- Spot clean outside of cabinets, drawers,& knobs spot 
- Wipe down tables and chairs

Small Appliances:
- Clean outside and inside of microwave oven 
- Wipe outside of all small appliances
- Wipe toaster crumb tray emptied & glass door 
- Wash coffee maker drip tray 

Major Appliances:
- Wipe range hood 
- Clean stove top, front, and control panel 
- Safety check to make sure cook-top knobs are off
- Dust fridge top dusted & spot clean doors and handle 
- Wipe dishwasher front and inside door
- Polish all stainless steel surfaces

Sink:
- Stock dishwasher / wash up to 10 dishes 
- Wash drying rack and tray 
- Scrub sinks, remove gunk, & polish faucet
- Clean window above sink

Bathrooms + Powder Rooms

- Clean mirrors, dry, and leave streak free
- Wipe down countertops and knick-knacks

- Spot clean vanity cabinets outside

Toilet:

- Hand wipe floor around the toilet 

Shower / Tub:
- Clean and polish shower door leaving it smudge free
- Scrub shower tile grout 
- Scrub and sanitize shower & tub walls

Entire Bathroom:
- Clean soap, toothbrush, toilet paper, & towel holders
- Straighten / Fold towels
- Polish chrome fixtures

Floors + Carpets

The final step of Life Maid Simple top-to-bottom home cleaning is sweeping and mopping all hard flooring and vacuuming all carpeting and area rugs. Come home no dust bunnies, dirt, or pet hair hiding in corners.
- Vacuum all carpeted floors, area rugs, and stairs 
- Shake out small area rugs and door mats 
- Sweep all hard floors, including under furniture
- Edge vacuum
- Mop all hard floors with fresh set of mops

Your Cleaning, Your Way

We will gladly add upgrades such as washing dishes, changing bed linens, vacuuming couches etc. to your cleaning for a small fee. You can also exclude rooms from the cleaning to reduce your price.
