The Perfect Cleaning Plan

Dusting + General Surfaces

We will wipe down all general surfaces in the office as well as remove cobwebs, dust corners and woodwork.

Restroom Sanitation

Sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, and even stall walls will be cleaned and sanitized. We will refill the consumables and monitor odors.

Glass + Entryway

The entryway to your office is how your business makes a first impression - we clean all the glass and vacuum entry mats.

Trash + Recycling Collection

Each visit we will collect and dispose of trash, recycling and shredded paper. Ask us about our recycling program!

Lunchrooms

All surfaces will be wiped down including inside of microwave, coffee maker, tables, and kitchen sink.

Vacuuming + Mopping

Carpets and floor mats will be vacuumed. Hard floors will be swept and mopped with a fresh set of mop heads.

• Schedule service for as often as you need it: monthly, every other week, weekly, daily. 
• Have us come after business hours or while you are open. 
• Your keys/alarm information will be kept safe and secured until day of the cleaning. 
• Don't worry, every employee of LMS is screened and fully trained.
• We will come out only on your preferred day and time - no more guessing.
• If your assigned cleaner calls out we have supervisors who can cover the shift - no more no-shows.
• We will bring all of necessary equipment and green cleaning supplies so you don't have to worry about it.
• Your office will be assigned a customized cleaning checklist so nothing gets neglected.
• We will work with you to customize the cleaning to prioritize what is crucial to be done every time and if we can save you money by rotating some tasks.
• Every week we will send you a survey asking how we did - also call us anytime for immediate assistance.
• Random quality checks by our supervisors ensure the cleaning stays consistent. 
• At the end of the month we will bill you for cleaning completed in that period - no need to leave a check on every visit.
