If you are moving we have two different packages (Move In and Move Out Cleanings) to choose from based on your needs and budget. If you are looking to sign up for recurring service we can help with a full house cleaning (Standard Cleaning) or budget friendly alternative (Express Cleaning). 

First visit/ One time cleaning:

Before we can even begin to perform routine weekly or bi-weekly maintenance cleaning on a home, there are usually a variety of “first-time” tasks which require extra attention on our first visit. It's not uncommon for our teams to spend from two to five times longer on a first-time cleaning than it takes us on regular, repeat maintenance visits. It would be virtually impossible for your team to “skip” our first-time cleaning routine and try to carry on maintaining your home in a satisfactorily-clean fashion. There’s a big difference between “old dirt” and “new dirt”. If we don’t get rid of the old dirt, no matter how hard we try, simply removing the new dirt isn’t going to make things look sparkling fresh and clean.

Moving In / Out House Cleaning

It may seem like an empty house should take very little time to clean, however it takes at least twice as long to clean an empty home compared to an occupied house. In addition to what we would normally clean we clean all closets and cabinets/vanities. Also, a lot of clients will be very surprised how much dust hides underneath and behind their furniture that is exposed when they move. What takes the longest to clean is the kitchen (approximately 3 hours) since it usually involves cleaning all the cabinets and drawers inside and out, as well as fridge and oven inside. We have two moving packages to serve clients who just want a quick clean up (Move Out Cleaning) after they move out and those who want to be able to move into a spotless home (Move In Cleaning).

(Quick cleaning of an empty house / return of deposit)
Standard Cleaning PLUS:
- Vacuum inside and hand wipe outside of kitchen cabinets and drawers.

Our First Visit: Why is it different? Why is it necessary? Why does it cost more?

While the situation in every home is unique and different, following are some examples of what we mean.

  • Necessary Procedure +

    It would be virtually impossible for your team to “skip” our first-time cleaning routine and try to carry on maintaining your home in a satisfactorily-clean fashion. There’s a big difference between “old dirt” and “new dirt”.   • All Rooms +

    The amount of time and effort required to bring all rooms back to ground zero depends on many factors. Most of our clients hire us because they simply don’t have time to clean with more than a “lick-and-a-promise”. Bookshelves, baseboards, window sills, windows, or other furnishings and fixtures are often neglected for long periods of time and may require extra initial “TLC”.
  • Bathrooms +

    It is not unusual for us to spend as much time cleaning one bathroom on our first visit as it takes to clean the entire home on subsequent visits. For example, if we don’t spend the time and effort usually needed to get shower doors, shower-door tracks, shower and bathtub walls, bathtub surfaces, plumbing fixtures and porcelain artifices deep-cleaned, these objects will never look clean no matter how often we come. 
  • The Kitchen +

    Kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances often require extra attention on our first visit. Grease, fingerprints and other dirt seems to make its way through everyone's home and gravitates toward the kitchen (and seems to think that the top of the fridge is an especially good place to hide!). It doesn’t take long for kitchen dust to become impregnated with grease - certainly a lot more difficult to clean then a week’s accumulation of ordinary surface dust. Some clients ask us to clean the oven or inside the refrigerator on our first visit, too.
  • But I'm moving and my house is empty... +
